Secure delivery

Every delivery includes a unique immutable event ID, timestamp and HMAC signature. Failed deliveries retry with bounded exponential backoff.

Operational visibility

Inspect delivery attempts, retry failures, rotate secrets and send test events from the institution dashboard.
